No noise nor parties; occupants come here to relax and enjoy nature. This is a quiet neighborhood, although you cannot see the neighbors from the cottage, noise echoes and travel to them. Our neighbors have our coordinates and should your presence be perceptible, the deposit will be kept for nuisance
No visitors are authorized
No tent or camper are authorized
Fireworks and fire arms are forbidden
Animals are forbidden
No confetti
Smoking inside is forbidden
The house and the land must be returned clean and without accident, the items located at the same location as at check-in

Reservation by someone of minimum 30 years of age. All adults lodging at the cottage needs to agree to the cottage’s rules and protocol and be warrant to have minors under their responsibility follow such
A piece of identity will be required at booking and the non-observance will result in the cancellation of the booking
2000$ in deposit is payable prior to arrival and shall be returned up to 5 days after departure
Additional fees could be charged if the cottage is returned dirty (more than 2 hours to level the cottage back to the next renters), if there is a stain or broken item(s)
In case of cancelation, the amount(s) paid forward are non-refundable
The advertised price is before TPS & QST and the government lodging tax of 3,5%
50% is payable at booking to reserve the cottage
The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival
Minimum of 3 nights during the week and 2 night on weekends
No arrivals nor departures on Saturdays
